Reiko's War Room is located within Shao Kahn's Fortress in Outworld.
Overview
General Reiko's map room or he sometimes calls it "war room." The maps of every realm are stored on the wall.
Reiko's military advisors prepare the maps for each campaign as Reiko strategizes each plan of attack with Emperor Shao Kahn himself.
