Moloch's Lair

Moloch's Lair is located beneath Shang Tsung's Palace in the Realm ofOutworld.

Overview

This arena is a torture chamber and home of the oni called Moloch. Since it is located deep below in the basement of his palace, Shang Tsung made a deal with the two oni Moloch and Drahmin as an insurance policy should Quan Chiever betray him. So they were kept here within this sanctuary of death. Shang Tsung would feed them more fresh victims daily as the two beasts would be continued satisfied with their savage cravings for the flesh of mortals.

The ninja spectre Scorpion was making his way through the underground tunnels to Shang Tsung's palace as he continued in his hunt of the sorcerer Quan Chi who was truly responsible for the massacre of his family and clan. But along the way, he was confronted and ambushed here by Drahmin and Moloch. Scorpion fought well but was overpowered by Moloch and Drahmin as they battled on the upper level before they hurled him into the Soulnado and he should've been torn apart by the souls trapped there.
