Shaolin Temple

The Shaolin Temple or the Shaolin Temples is where theShaolin monks go to spar with each other and to hone their fighting skills. It is located in China on Earth. There are doors that lead into the room with the Mortal Kombat symbols by them; a storm can be seen through the window. And hallways and walls of the temple are filled with skeletons embedded in them. Rooms such as this can also be found in Mortal Kombat Mythologies: Sub-Zero, featuring the Eldest Sub-Zero's adventures before his demise in the first Mortal Kombat at the hands of Scorpion.

The Shaolin Temple has also reappeared as an arena in Mortal Kombat 4 & Mortal Kombat Gold as well.
